I donated more prizes to another one of 
's contests.
won 2nd place, she won a 1/2 body colored pic from me. She requested to do a romatic scene with a senshi and Shittenou, but I could only give her one character 
so I chose Sailor Mercury/Ami Mizuno. I hope she likes her prize 
BTW I she got 2nd place last time and I did Minako Aino for her that time, see improvement since 3 months ago?:

This one took about 4 1/2 hours, sketched in PS CS4, finished off in Painttool SAI

Technique ImpactWell...where shall I begin..?! Okay:
Positiv:
The shadows are well done and the folds and the collar too! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="
" title=" (Wink)"/>The position of the eyes in Ami's face are okay,but you could draw them a little bit lower.
Negativ:
The ribbon isn't as well shaded as the rest of the clothes. O.o

I think the form isn't right,you could check how other artists do the form of the face.(On the other hand the presentation of the face belongs to your own style of art.Everyone can do the face like he wants to!)
But the ears DO look wrong.Check how your ears look like and you'll see whats wrong here.
And the hair:
You could have done more shading and strands here!
